I love it, lets remember that this is a ruff draft.... there needs to be a lot more detail that goes into it but i could work really well. Further more, i strongly believe that if the concept of rear deraillers were subject to this scrutiny like it was a new idea... almost all the same post would apply, for example it looks flimsy, it will cost a lot to make, were does the cable go, just another part to brake lol

All amazing to watch! Seasons kept me riding through a lame winter when I ended up riding solo the majority of the time, life cycles inspired me to inspire others to ride no matter how crappy the weather was during an amazing trip to UBI in Ashland OR. but if i had to pick just one... NWD 2 is the video i found when i started trying to jump, drop, free ride a bike. when waist high jumps seemed huge the kona guys were ripping the kona ramp and airing out jumps bigger then the tractor it took to build them. and when tiny drops seemed scary simply because you couldn't spot the landing, not only was bender surviving crashes of of 40 and 60ft drops. the guy on the unicycle was going big. NWD all the way

Carbon Pros. Looks awesome!, lighter weight, and built to tighter tolerances, just as strong as metal if you keep the tires down... Cons. not as strong as metal when it comes to direct force, you have to do a "quarter test" after every crash. and the biggest pitfall in my opinion is, carbon echo's every creak and noise 10x louder then metal. i work on a lot of carbon road bikes were the rider complains of creaking and half the time its because the pressed in metal shell has started to works its way loose. so if your sponsored or have a lot of money, the carbon is definitely worth it. but if you try and get a full 3 to 5 seasons out of your dh rig... well I'm sticking with metal frames as long as i can.

how goes it? i got to hit up highland last sunday after getting back from the honeymoon! awesome! both that is... costa rica was amazing and highland was the best conditions I've seen since march. now i got whistler on my brain and jess and i are gonna do a little research after we get the (thank you) cards done.

im gonna look for that bike at highland now! awesome!
